Due to the amended PACT ACT, which went into effect on March 28, 2021, we are no longer allowed to ship vape products (including replacement devices) to consumers or retailers.

FedEx and UPS have already stopped shipping vape products and USPS is slated to stop (for consumers) on or before April 27, 2021.

CONSUMERS: If you have a defective HELIXBAR, we encourage you to contact your retailer for assistance or a replacement.

RETAILERS: Please ask your authorized HELIXBAR distributor about replacement devices. While the decision is ultimately up to them, we’ve communicated with all of our distributors that we will continue to offer them replacement devices (at the distro level). We realize this is a bit of a go-around, but our industry must comply with state and federal laws in order to survive.
